Using the visual evidence provided, our technical team traces the likely moisture path. We identify whether the ingress is related to plumbing, capillary action, structural cracks, or membrane failure. This prevents unnecessary demolition.
On-Site Inspection
Where required, an expert visits the site to verify concealed conditions. We evaluate the substrate, measure moisture levels, and confirm the exact source of water ingress. Our focus is purely diagnostic at this stage.
System Specification
We don't sell 'one-size-fits-all' products. Based on the diagnosis, we prescribe a specific technical system—whether that's high-pressure PU injection grouting, elastomeric membranes, or crystalline coatings—along with a detailed methodology and quotation.
Precision Execution
A premium chemical fails if applied on a poorly prepared substrate. Our trained execution teams deploy to the site, following stringent surface preparation protocols (grinding, cleaning, profiling) before applying the specified waterproofing system.
Handover & Warranty
Upon completion and curing, the site is handed back with detailed documentation. You receive relevant work records, photographic evidence of the applied layers, and the applicable technical warranty.
