With more than two decades of combined experience across sales, entrepreneurship and technology-led businesses, his focus at Wishofy is on making an otherwise traditional service category more accessible, transparent and digitally enabled.
He works across customer acquisition, partnerships, builder and institutional relationships, digital systems and the technology layer behind Wishofy's photo-first assessment and customer journey.
His role is to ensure that whether the enquiry comes from a homeowner with a small seepage problem or a builder evaluating a larger project, the experience remains responsive, structured and easy to understand.

Sandeep leads Wishofy's technical assessment and on-ground execution.
His background combines senior project-management experience with specialized hands-on expertise in seepage investigation, waterproofing, leakage rectification and PU/chemical injection grouting.
Before specializing in waterproofing and seepage solutions, he spent nine years in senior project execution and management with D.S. Gupta Contracts Pvt. Ltd., working across site supervision, plumbing and building services, team coordination and resolution of practical site challenges.
His project exposure has included large developments such as BPTP Park Grandeura, BPTP Princess Park, BPTP Resort and BPTP Elite Premium, along with the Khalsa Heritage Complex at Anandpur Sahib.
At Wishofy, Sandeep is responsible for translating diagnosis into practical execution — assessing site conditions, determining appropriate treatment approaches, coordinating teams and ensuring that work is carried out systematically on site.
